What the calculator does

Steam boilers: capacity (t/h), load, design and operating pressure, feedwater temperature.
Thermal oil heaters: oil flow or pump pressure, supply and return temperatures.
Three technologies: fluidized bed, step grate, chain grate; fire-tube or water-tube. Warns when the fuel does not suit the technology.
Results: kg fuel per tonne of steam, kg/h, tonnes per month, boiler efficiency and fuel cost at regional prices.
